Qualifications for Membership
Must support women and bring equality into the workplace
Interest in advocating for safer work spaces for women, but also for other underrepresented populations who are employed
Interest in engaging and taking part in events, speaking engagements i.e. podcasts and activities and playing an active role on committees
Ready to share annual awareness events and toolkits
Interested in becoming more involved with repairing disparities for women in the workplace, and advocating for better mental health support for leaders
