Re-Thinking How We Navigate HER Employment Gaps

🌟 Join us this summer in Vancouver, Kamloops & Surrounding Areas as we work to address Resource Poverty! 🌟

Whether you are interested in volunteering, seeking meaningful connections as a member, or eager to engage in leadership discussions through our Good Girlfriends Bookclub, you are invited to join our vibrant community of thought leaders and change-makers in the employment sector.

Together, we are committed to reducing resource poverty by elevating marginalized women, two-spirit, and gender-diverse individuals into fair-wage careers.

We are working to bridge the employment gap for marginalized individuals in Kamloops, Vancouver and the surrounding rural areas through social enterprise initiatives like:

  • HER Interior Farm2Table Project

  • Culinary Workshops

  • Collective cookbook creation and writing projects

  • Entrepreneur and Peer Mentorship support groups and community meetings
